For many years, the relationship between our corporation and the United Way has mattered. Our annual United Way campaign allows employees to be part of making a positive impact in Metropolitan Nashville as well as surrounding communities. In 2003, we had a record breaking campaign with over $105,000 in employee contributions. It is exciting to announce that due to our 2003 campaign accomplishments, United Way honored Southwestern/Great American with two prestigious awards, the Advocate Award and the Circle of Honor. The Advocate Award recognizes not only an outstanding campaign, but also volunteer commitment, communications efforts and employee involvement. The Circle of Honor is awarded to those truly supporting the mission of United Way. We are very proud to be a corporation made up of so many generous and caring employees who continue to affect change and improve lives through the United Way.
